Robert Lloyd

 

Robert Lloyd has been part of the cast in multiple award winning theatre shows, and personally received a Best Newcomer nomination from The Chapman Tripp Theatre Awards in his second year out of Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School. Shortly after, he was the winner of a Chapman Tripp Best Supporting Actor award for his work in The Prospect.

Since graduating he has worked consistently with Aotearoa’s best theatre practitioners including Hone Kouka, Miria George, Dr Angie Farrow, Dave Armstrong, Mitch Tawhi Thomas, Nancy Brunning, Tanea Heke, Nina Nawalowalo and Tom McCrory.

On screen Robert has enjoyed working on a number of successful productions, including The Insiders Guide to Love and Sensing Murder.
