Miryam Jacobi
Miryam graduated from Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School in 2015 and since then has performed at Shakespeare's Globe in London, Basement, Bats and Te Pou. She has enjoyed roles in indie features Follow the Random and There's No ‘I’ In Threesome as well as popular local comedy series' Auckward Love and Only in Aotearoa.
As a Writer and Director she helmed the documentary Disorder, Someday Stories and the short films Born Different, Touch Compass and Do You Like Me Like This?. Do You Like Me Like This? was an award winner at IndieFest 2018 and screened at Show Me Shorts, Hollywood Short Film Festival and Vail Festival (Colorado). In 2022 Miryam was the 2nd Unit Director on feature film Don’t Make Me Go.
Miryam heads her own production company, 2113 Creatives, who recently opened their own studio in Hamilton | Kirikiriroa.
