While many might have first encountered Dr Joel on Celebrity Treasure Island, this real-life-scientist-cum-internet-sensation has been building a following since the early days of Aotearoa’s first Covid lockdown.
Dr Joel’s Ph.D in Chemistry combined with his talent for making the hard to understand both accessible and fun, has seen him appear as an expert on everything from TVNZ’s Breakfast show to Jono and Ben and The Late Night Big Breakfast .
Dr Joel is as every bit as at home in front of a camera as he is behind a microscope and is currently developing multiple ideas for television.
